We stopped for breakfast...it doesn't look like much from the outside, but if far surpassed our expectations! Huge portions, delicious food, great pricing, and the owners and staff are so friendly. Feels like your visiting family😊

Powdered creamer, no tp... If they can't handle that..we left, not eating here.

Kind of a rough diner. Food was okay.

Dirty restrooms. Tea tastes like cigarette ash. Try the steakhouse on the other side of town.

Slow and not much flavor. No salsa or sour cream for super nachos, not so super. The fries were a little soggy and brown. They didn't have half the things on the menu, like beef fajitas and menudo. The "free" wifi required a password and didn't extend past the front door. The bathrooms were gross and I saw mold on the ceiling on the way to the bathrooms.

Avoid the green chili - tough, grisly meat.

NO! just no. if passing through PLEASE keep going or stop in el paso. every one of my family members including myself got the shits after eating here. we saw food being prepared with bare hands then brought straight to our table. while there another customer complained about old lip stick marks on the glass he was just brought. not professional at all.

Loved it. Everything was homemade, place was clean and the staff very nice. Yes, I had to add salt and pepper.. but that doesn't bother me at all. Such good food!

Walked in the door and was informed by the only employee that the cook (who is also the boss) won't get out of bed. He was supposed to be in at 6 am, it was now after 8 am. She offered for us to come in for coffee and wait while she tried, again, to wake him. She tried several times to wake him with no luck. We eventually left, after coffee, which was on the house, 45 mins later,with no sign of the cook. Several other patrons did the same. The waitress was very pleasant and apologetic. Very poor way to run a business. We won't be back.

Great food home made banana bread

The atmosphere and the staff were nice but the food was terrible for the price I felt like I was eating a tv dinner with dries corn and my salad had brown gooey lettuce I won't eat here again.

This is my second time stopping here and it was pretty decent if you are stopping here looking for a fine dining restaurant or an all organic vegan restaurant you come to the wrong place. it's a nice little quaint greasy spoon Diner that serves basic American food with some Mexican food as well yes the french fries are definitely greasier than usual but overall the taste of the food was pretty good.

Had the club sandwich. Very good....

This place is way to high and charge for every refill u get 2 dollars per can coke

AVOID! Taco Bell more AUTHENIC mexican. No flavor. VERY SLOW! No chips w/"salsa". Never checked on. SHOULD'VE went to Papa's (where ALWAYS STOP) by Pilot. Live & Learn...

Really really hated tha place

Great food and an good price and great staff.

It is now Lindsey's cafe instead of sands restaurant and the food is absolutely incredible. They have burgers and tacos, enchiladas, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Food bland, restrooms a wreck, only thing good was the people there and the staff, friendly, warm and hospitable.Place needs work.

Friendly service, good food. We had been looking for a little place since El Paso & stopped here. Chips were hot and fresh. Yum! Had burgers and combination plate.

Place is filthy, filthy and I am sure I would just die if I saw the kitchen. Food was awful, should have gone to McDonald's. 1 star cuz I had too!

Service wasn't good at all the waitress wasn't paying attention while we where giving our order, they looked long to serve the food and the food wasn't even good it looked like it was old.

Poor waitress didn't have much support, she tried as best she could. Beware of collapsing ceiling on way to the restroom. Pretty sure this building should be condemned.

Ceiling has mold and I am sure they microwave all or most of the food!!!! The manu looks like a 8 year old made it . won't be stopping here again

Between 2 or 3 stars.... Had veggie burger with fries. I was the only one there, it took about an hour for my food to arrive. Fries were greasy and flavorless, needed to add salt and pepper. Burger patty was mashed up potatoes, also flavorless needed to add salt and pepper. Nice thing though was cook said I could add anything I want to the "patty" like jalapeños, onions, etc. Could not tell about any of the other food, but if the wait time is always the same, it will take forever. If you have a lot of time, you could go to other places but you could give this a try. If you don't gave time, stay away.
